Return Material Authorization Guidelines
- All returns must be accompanied with our Return Material Authorization form (R.M.A.)
- Credit, replacement, or refunds will be issued upon inspection of returned item(s)
- Credit will not be issued unless the following guidelines have been adhered to:
- All returns must be shipped within 5 days of R.M.A. approval
- All original documentation must be included back with shipment, no exceptions
- R.M.A. number must be placed clearly on the outside of the package
- Parts should be returned in original or equivalent packaging to prevent damage
